About extension AccessControl

I prepared for you test using page User:Hutah/test-page, with access only for you. Rights was set by Form:AccessControlAdd. Please don't edit form page, because is don't finalized by me. Using extension Page Forms is not need…

But for manipulation with rights is more user friendly. For it I recommend read MediaWiki.org manual https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Page_Forms
